My guess is that most of these companies use offshore workers and strive for a high volume work flow...meaning each project just gets added to the pile and they don't really invest a lot of care into it. I've heard from a lot of people that the coding quality isn't as good as they hoped. They all were (like others have mentioned) impersonal, and highly priced. Therefore, the problem, I made my own, www.feathercode.com. They seem to be the cheapest company around for this service. But there's loads of these sites out there. I find it hard to believe that anyone has tried more than a couple of them so it's hard to get a good comparison.
